How long has Miche been in business and how did it get started?
Miche Bag has been around since 2007. The concept was inspired by Michelle Romero, while on her way home from work, spilled something on her purse. Frustrated about how she was going to have to change the contents of her purse to another, she came up with the idea of creating a purse where you could simply change the cover. And now you know.

What are the dimensions of the Miche Bag purse products?

  • The Petite Base Bag is 4“ wide x 8“ long x 6” tall
  • The Classic Base Bag is 5.75″ wide x 11.75″ long x 6.5″ tall
  • The Demi Base Bag is 7″ wide x 14″ long x 9.5″ tall
  • The Prima Base Bag is 5” wide x 15” long x 12” tall.

How do I change the Handles on my Miche Bag?
Open the metal ring (carabiner) that attaches the handle to the bag. To open the ring, just push down on the top (you might have to push hard to unlatch it). It will open, allowing you to slide out the Handle and attach the new ones.

How long does shipping take?
Online orders from my site usually take 3-7 business days depending on the destination. Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days. What is Miche’s return and exchange policy?
For all returns and exchanges, please contact the Miche Home Office at 877-716-4243 to start a refund/exchange request. Product that is undamaged, unused condition and in its original packaging, can be returned to Miche for a refund within 30 days from the date on which the original order was received. Return instructions are on your receipt. Shipping charges are not refunded. C.O.D. returns are not accepted.
